Event Details:

Take on an artistic outlook and develop fine motor skills through a variety of art mediums, enjoy a snack (our treat), and then join us in the pool for a warm water fitness class focused on balance, core, flexibility, and co-ordination. This course is FREE to those with a valid 50+ Membership ($10.00/year). 

9:30 – 11:30 – 50+ Centre, sketching, 11:30-12:15 –Snack & Social time in Pool Classroom, 12:30-1pm – Therapeutic Pool fitness class
